EXPERIENCE

Our CEO, an ISA certified arborist, brings 27 years of industry experience working throughout California’s Central Coast and Southern California. He has been through the Environmental Horticulture program at Santa Barbara City College, and has continued education with the International Society of Arboriculture.

Since the beginning, we’ve worked hand in hand with Santa Barbara City, North and South Santa Barbara County, California State Parks, Cal Trans, City of Goleta, City of Carpenteria, UCSB and Santa Barbara City College, and Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens and Lotus Land..

Over 1,000 residential clients through California.

We offer continual training for our staff, both on the job and professional development through seminars and video classes. Continuing education for our staff is a top priority.

We are a member of the International Society of Arboriculture, and certify our team as arborists through their program.

Our philosophy is that trees and plants are typically at their best, when looking natural, almost appearing as if no labor occurred. That said, we do design, create and maintain ornamental lots and topiary, and other more artistic forms of pruning and trimming

Our team is trained to not over prune. The reason for this is that too much foliage cut from a tree can adversly impact its ability to grow. At times, a heavy pruning can be irreversible. We recognize trees as living landscape, and treat each job, even removals, with utmost respect.
